Credit Card Services
To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made. All credit/debit card calls are charged at £30 for the first 20 minutes, £43 for 30 minutes
You will hear a recorded message informing you when you have reached the end of your paid time. If you choose to continue with the call you will be charged £1.50 per minute for the remainder of your call. Please note that it is solely your responsibility to end the call, you are able to do this at any time, whether within or outside of your prebooked time.
Premium Line
Calls to our premium line service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute from a BT landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.
Calls to our live services from the ROI cost €2.40 per minute from a landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.
Text Service
Our text services for mobile phones are charged at £1.50 per reply, some messages may require 2 replies.

This is a subscription service, four texts per month. To cancel this simply send: Stop to 84142.
Barring of Access
Nirvana Light Ltd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently bar access to any or all of its services under the following conditions: Acts of fraud, abusive behaviour towards readers or receptionists, misuse of the service in any way or suspected as being at risk or vulnerable.
Complaints

Your complaint will be investigated and replied to within 14 working days.
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court of Law.

Refunds:
We have a ‘no link’ policy, which means that if the client feels that in the 1st 5 minutes of a credit card reading that they have not made a link with their psychic then we will put them through to someone more suitable. On the very rare occasion this finishes in the same way, then a refund will be given.
Cancellation:
We do not except cancellations. Any payment made will be held in credit for the client to use within 30 days.
Transaction currency:
We only accept GBP £.
